That statement in going to get me in trouble with some of my lady-friends, I know; but it's true. Sure, she wears some crazy shit. But it's not really that original, and in my opinion, she's much less talented. She acts weird and gets naked for attention, but the appeal fades pretty quickly because the music isn't nearly as groundbreaking as Gaga believes her "artful" outfits to be. Please, prove me wrong. Where's the substance behind the hype?
Real talent is demure and self-evident:

Lady Gaga, on the other hand, just always seems like she is trying SO hard to be weird- in this video she talks about "being concerned with being an artist" but I find that hard to believe since she also admits that all of her antics are keenly calculated to promote herself.
And where's the high art in making dancey crowd-pleasers? Fun? yes. Avant-garde? no.
Nevermind that she is also using that barely interested sex-kitten voice. Lady Gaga, go roll around in the trash dumpster of a tanning salon.... Oh, wait:
